Dimensions of Wellness

The seven Dimensions of Wellness is an approach to living a healthy and balanced life by recognizing the influences on our well-being. Each of these dimensions below are interconnected. This means that when one dimension is out of balance the other dimensions will often be affected. Wellness is about the constant ebb and flow, growth and change of all seven dimensions.
