When you choose to study Leadership at Brescia, you will receive unparalleled opportunities to gain the knowledge, skills and experiences to shape our world. Learn to stand up for your values, collaborate with organizations locally and globally, or discover how you can be an effective change-maker – in Brescia’s Leadership Studies program, you decide! Under the guidance of your inspiring professors, you will develop your own leader character, team building, facilitation and systems transformation skills through a variety of dynamic courses, including: Women and Leadership, Leading Change in Organizations and Leading Ethically in Dark Times.
Leadership Studies at Brescia is built on three intersecting aspects: the knowledge of leadership research and theory (knowing); leadership skill development (doing) and the application of both knowledge and skills in community settings (being). Knowing, doing, and being a leader in the Leadership Studies program at Brescia takes you well-beyond the classroom. You will participate in integrated experiential learning opportunities throughout the program. In your final year, you will actively engage with leaders in a local organization to make a bold impact during the Leadership Practicum. For selected students, there is a paid Francolini Leadership Experience to work for an organization on a project of strategic importance to them” at the very end of the text
