Discover how social inequalities influence policies, analyze the relationship between advertising and popular culture or learn about crime and deviance – in Brescia’s Sociology program, you decide! Under the guidance of your academically renowned professors, you will enhance your leadership, cultural literacy and project management skills through a variety of dynamic courses, including: Sociology of Mental Health, Youth in Conflict with the Law and Gender and Society.
Did you know your Sociology experience extends far beyond the classroom? You will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience with one of our community partners in a course placement. Or, take your interest in sociology abroad by studying at one of our partner schools in Ireland, The Netherlands, South Korea or Barbados. With these experiences, the Sociology program will leverage your academic experience and networking skills on a global scale.
